Journey Into the World of Addiction

While this memoir is a fantastic deep dive into the life and mind of Mathew Perry for a fan by learning about his life; it is more a guide to understand the basics and difficulties of being an addict for those who do not struggle with addiction. It clearly discusses the difficulties in battling innate urges that are very difficult to subdue, if at all.

Additionally it can greatly help those suffering with addiction to perhaps understand their condition; and subsequently themselves a lot more.

I would highly suggest this book; whether you are just a fan of Mathew or for any reason need to understand the blight of addiction more.
