Love & Other Great Expectations

An American girl participates in a competitive scavenger hunt in England and unexpectedly crosses paths with a bookish British boy who cannot assist her with the clues. Despite her preference for soccer over literature, Britt Hanson jumps at the opportunity to compete in the scavenger hunt, which takes her to the settings of classic novels. She hopes to win the life-changing prize money to help her achieve her dreams. Her trip leads her to meet Luke Jackson, a fellow competitor who she invites to join her despite his inability to help her win. As they work together to solve the clues and travel through the English countryside, Britt learns that sometimes you must follow the map, while other times, taking a chance and following your instincts can lead you to unexpected places.
